Because grief is not something we simply get over. It is something we learn to carry.
Grief is one of the most universal human experiences, yet it is also one of the most deeply personal. It comes in many forms—not only through the death of someone we love, but through the loss of relationships, beloved animals, health, identity, dreams, and the lives we once imagined for ourselves.
There is no single way to grieve. No prescribed timeline. No right or wrong way to feel.
At The Prism & Pendulum, we believe grief deserves to be acknowledged, honored, and tended with compassion. We also believe that no one should have to navigate it alone.
Our Grief Work offerings provide a welcoming space for those experiencing loss, change, and life's many transitions. Through education, compassionate conversation, practical guidance, and opportunities for personal or spiritual reflection, we offer different ways to understand and honor the experience of grief.
For some, that means finding language for difficult emotions and learning tools to navigate everyday life. For others, it may mean creating rituals of remembrance, exploring spiritual connections, or discovering ways to transform grief into a source of meaning and personal growth.
Grief is not a problem to be solved. Healing does not require forgetting.
We can learn to make room for both love and loss, sorrow and joy, remembrance and new beginnings.
Our practitioners, Jaime and Erika, bring their own training, experience, and compassionate approaches to this deeply personal work. Whether you are seeking practical support, spiritual exploration, or simply a place where your grief can be witnessed without judgment, we invite you to discover the path that feels right for you.
You are welcome here, exactly as you are.
