  • What are your hours?

    We are open 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday from 12pm-8pm unless otherwise stated by our monthly calendar that can be viewed here. Please note that hours may vary on certain holidays or special occasions

  • Where are you located and is there parking available?

    We are located at 156 West Grand Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025. We are located across from The Grand Tea Room, and next to Tamales Jovita. Parking is available in front of the shop, on the side of the shop (look for the hummingbird mural), and in the lot behind the shop, accessible from West Valley Parkway and Maple Plaza.

  • Is your space wheelchair accessible?

    While our shop is small, we strive to make our space as accessible and welcoming as possible. If you need any assistance during your visit, whether with navigating the space, reaching items, or anything else, our team is more than happy to help. Please don’t hesitate to ask!

  • Are your events beginner-friendly?

    Absolutely! Our events, classes, circles, and ceremonies are open to practitioners of all experience levels. Whether you're brand new to metaphysical practices, just beginning to explore your spiritual path, or have years of experience, you are warmly welcomed.

    We strive to create a supportive, inclusive, and judgment-free space where everyone can learn, connect, and grow, regardless of where they are on their journey. Curiosity and questions are always encouraged in our community.

  • If your event is free, why does it ask for my credit card information upon RSVP'ing?

    Space is limited in our facility, and we strive to make our events accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. All events, including paid ones, are free to sign up for, and you will not be charged at the time of registration.

    We do, however, require a card on file to help prevent no-shows. If you register and do not attend without greater than 24 hour notice, a $15 nonrefundable no-show fee will be charged, whether the event was free or paid. This helps us ensure that spots are available for those who genuinely want to participate.

  • I'm interested in attending one of your events, but I don’t see an option to RSVP. What should I do?

    Some of our events are walk-in only and won’t have an RSVP option on our calendar or scheduling page.
    If you’re interested in attending an event but don’t see a way to RSVP, and think this might be an error, please feel free to contact us directly.

  • Can I just show up to an event without RSVPing?

    RSVPs are required for most of our events, readings, healings, and services.


    Due to limited space and the preparation involved, we kindly ask all guests to RSVP in advance. Walk-ins may not be accommodated, and we reserve the right to turn away those who arrive without a reservation if the event is at capacity.

  • I'm a spiritual practitioner and/or maker of metaphysical products. Are you currently accepting new service providers or vendors?

    At this time, we are at full capacity and are not accepting additional service providers or vendors. We truly appreciate your interest in working with us!

    If you'd like to be considered when a spot becomes available, please feel free to submit your information through our interest form, and we will reach out if and when an opening aligns with your offerings.

  • Can I return an item?

    All sales are final. Due to the personal and energetic nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Many of our products are handcrafted, ritually charged, or one-of-a-kind, and we cannot resell them once they have left our care.

    Please note: Our offerings are metaphysical in nature and, while we wholeheartedly believe in their energetic and spiritual properties, they are not scientifically proven. As required by law, we must state that all metaphysical items are sold as curios and for entertainment purposes only. Your experience may vary, and we encourage open-minded and intuitive use.

  • How do you ensure ethical sourcing of your products?

    We acknowledge that it is difficult to be 100% certain of all ethical considerations along the entire supply chain.

    However, we are partnering with other companies who share our values and standards.

    We are sourcing our products only from those companies, as we can be certain that they are upholding ethical standards in their business practices.
