Welcome to The Prism & Pendulum! By accessing, booking, or purchasing services, classes, events, or products through our shop or website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer. Please read carefully.
General Terms
Independent Practitioners: Many services offered in our shop are provided by independent practitioners. Each practitioner is solely responsible for their own sessions, readings, and practices. The shop offers space, promotion, and support, but does not guarantee results.
Appointments & Payments: A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the case of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice). Payment for services provided by our practitioners is to be made directly to the practitioner at the time of service. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee charged to the card on file.
Workshops & Events: Participation in workshops, circles, or classes is voluntary. Respectful behavior is always required. We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive conduct without refund.
Products & Kits: Items sold (including crystals, herbs, oils, candles, and ritual kits) are for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They are not substitutes for medical treatment or legal/financial advice.
Refunds & Cancellations
Workshops & Classes: All registrations are final. No refunds will be given, but tickets may be transferred to another person or applied to a future event when possible.
Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Energetic tools (such as candles, oils, herbs, or ritual kits) may not be returned once opened or used.
Private Sessions: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Media Release & Marketing
By attending services, workshops, classes, or events at The Prism & Pendulum, you acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken. These may be used for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes by The Prism & Pendulum and/or the practitioners. You consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness without expectation of compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform the facilitator before the start of the session.
Age Requirements
Services, classes, and workshops are intended for individuals 18 years and older. Minors may attend if accompanied by a parent/guardian, if specifically stated in the event description.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Personal information collected through bookings, newsletters, or sessions will be kept confidential and used only for service delivery or shop communications.
Session content shared between you, and a practitioner remains private, unless disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Facility & Belongings
Please be respectful of our shop, space, practitioners, and other guests at all times. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while you are on the premises or attending an event.
Disclaimer
Spiritual & Metaphysical Services: All readings, healings, workshops, and paranormal investigations are intended for personal growth, insight, entertainment, and spiritual support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care: Our services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please consult licensed professionals for health concerns, mental health treatment, financial planning, or legal matters.
Energy Work & Healing: Reiki, sound baths, light therapy, and other healing modalities are complementary practices and should not replace conventional medicine. Always follow the advice of your licensed healthcare provider.
Personal Responsibility: By participating in services or using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices and well-being. The shop and practitioners will not be held liable for any decisions or actions you take as a result of your session.

We make every effort to keep information accurate and current, but reserve the right to update, change, or remove services and pricing without notice.
