Mystery Box Policy: Mystery Boxes for the previous month must be picked up before the first Sunday (Member’s Event) of the following month. Any boxes not picked up by the next month’s Member Event will be discarded, and no refunds will be issued for that month’s membership. If you’re unable to pick up your box within the timeframe, please email lindsi@theprismandpendulum.com to arrange an alternate pickup date.

Important Note for New Members: Members who join after the 15th of the month will not receive a Mystery Box for that month. Their first box will be available the following month.
