I’m a retired holistic health instructor with over 30 years of experience in guiding others toward wellness and spiritual balance. For 15 years, I’ve walked the path of a shamanic practitioner, trained in Core Shamanism with a focus on Norse and Celtic traditions. Rooted in ancestral wisdom and earth- honoring practices, I offer healing, ritual, and ceremony for those seeking transformation and connection.

As a multidisciplinary artist and performer, I channel myth and spirit through movement, puppetry, and storytelling. I’m also an experienced birth doula, as well as a death canter who sings ritualized songs over the dead—a sacred offering to help souls transition with grace and presence. I create and lead ceremonies of all kinds, with a special love for non-traditional Pagan weddings and rites of passage that honor personal truth and spiritual depth.

I’m an active rune worker, and a sigil maker. My work lives at the intersection of art, spirit, and ritual—and I’m here to help others connect more deeply with their own power and aid those who would enchant the world.
