As far back as I can remember, I was sensitive to the energies around me. Being sensitive and empathic led me to study Feng Shui, chakras, numerology and various other metaphysical subjects in order to better understand the things I was picking up on energetically.

With a passion for helping others and bringing harmony and balance back into the world, I have put most of my focus into Reiki (a healing modality from Japan that channels chi - life force energy). Tapping into my clair-cognizance and utilizing Reiki, I find the areas in the body that need healing, release stuck energy and bring relief/ease to the body.

Harnessing and channeling energy is also important in manifesting, and I enjoy leading meditations and circles to bring love and light to individuals and the world. I hope to get the opportunity to meet and connect with you in person.
