Hi I am Harmony, an intuitive channel, vibrational healer and keeper of the violet transmuting flame. Since birth I have been an out-of-the box, unconventional maverick spirit. I see the world differently as to what is possible and will gently hold the truth of your visions, dreams and callings until you can know them as true for yourself. I honor your soul’s path and journey. I understand there are multi- layers of releasing what you might call your resistance, limiting patterns, doubts and uncertainty. I empathize you are being asked to step into something so much bigger than you can now see for yourself. I have compassion for your undeniable soul’s calling and an inkling of what you are meant to bring into the world that both scares and excites you as you ask why now, why me or how? I have experienced all of the above myself. This is why I am so passionate about helping you in your soul’s journey of self-acceptance in owning who you are, why you are here and why it matters.

Opening a sacred space to dissolve that which no longer serves you. Helping you to incrementally raise your vibration, be more open to the possibilities and stay in momentum with gentle ease and joy. Offering sessions that integrate your process with deepened soul awareness, perspective changing messages, gentle core healing and multi-dimensional tools. An insightful, nurturing, replenishing time for you to be served, feel seen and celebrated as the unique soul you are. So you can more easily embrace your wild soul’s calling and bring your gifts into the world now to help others in their journey.

Reflecting on my journey, I have been fortunate to have many wonderful souls, mentors and healers support me in my soul’s journey. Embracing that I had gifts to bring into the world, that people would care, that I could be valued and feel worthy. This organic process helped me develop into the intuitive healer and angelic messenger I am today. I love the amazing collective of etheric beings, Archangels and Ascended Masters I get to play with. And an unexpected request to change my name from Pat Harmon to Harmony Sedona. A very catalyzing and alchemizing process where everything that was not in harmony was now up for healing, shifting and transmuting.
